EU Citizens can stay in Ireland up to 180 days a year without a visa.

Non EU citizens must apply for a visa before traveling.
TOURIST VISA:
Visa processing time: +/- 14-30 working days*
Visa Fee:
- € 160: single entry - short-stay visa "C"**;
- € 200: multiple entry - short-stay visa "C";
- €125: Transit visa.
*Please note all documents are submitted in person in the Irish Consulate !
**After 3 issued short-stay visas, it is possible to apply for a multiple-entry visa!
FAMILY VISA (IF SPOUSE IS EU CITIZENSHIP)
Visa processing time: +/- 14-30 working days
Visa Fee: To be specified when applying for the visa.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR A TOURIST VISA (FOR NON-EU CITIZEN):
- Passport (issued within the last 10 years; valid for at least for six months after returning from the trip to Ireland + at least two blank pages in the visa section)
- Visa application form (filled by the agency);
- 2 color photos (35 mm x 45 mm) on a white background, (75-80% of the photo is taken by the face);
- Proof of residency (residency card - if any);
- Bank account statement for the last 6 months in English;
- Certificate of employment (Must be in English and on company letterhead. The document must indicate: date of employment, position held, amount of salary received and confirmation that leave is granted during the trip);
- Copy of pension certificate (if any);
- Letter of guarantee from work;
- Voucher from the hotel OR invitation letter from a person living in Ireland;
- Flight ticket reservation;
- Insurance for the dates of the trip to Ireland.
FROM A PERSON RESIDING IN IRELAND:
- Passport copy;
- Invitation letter (we will help to complete it)
- Certificate of employment;
- Proof of residency in Ireland (utility bill: electricity, gas, etc.);
- Bank account statement for the last 6 months in English.
All documents must be originals and they will be returned back to you by the consulate.
Embassy of Ireland: Reception days - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Only by appointment, with a pre-prepared visa application form.
All documents must be in English!
